“Monday evenings are my absolute favorite as Jordan leads Christian faith based yoga… you can join the practice with empty hands but please, bring an open heart to this Spirit-filled time. Leave refreshed and renewed, stronger in your body and your spirit.”

-Betty Moore-Bell (former client)

While Jordan appreciates many styles of yoga, she especially loves teaching slow, intentional vinyasa movement that integrates breath, prayer, and body awareness. Her classes offer a gentle, mindful approach that supports both emotional regulation and spiritual connection, creating space for students to experience calm, clarity, and restoration.

Through her own practice, Jordan has experienced the deep benefits of combining faith and movement, and she now leads Christ-centered yoga classes that help students connect more fully with their bodies while growing in gratitude, groundedness, and awareness of God’s presence.

My very first class was candlelight yoga and I immediately fell in with the studio and Jordan as the instructor. I thought it would be challenging to enjoy the moment due to the location on a very busy street. However, once I truly tapped into the moment, the traffic noises went away. I feel safe to allow my body to relax and do as instructed every time I attend a session. I've now incorporated intentional breathing at home or in stressful situations. Jordan is amazing at what she does and I can tell this is her passion. Forever grateful! -Chavonn McCray

I truly enjoy the classes at Grace and Grounding. I have attended ever since it opened and have been practicing as both a classmate and later as a student with Jordan for a number of years and definitely benefitted immensely… Jordan's teaching style is informative and supportive - you both learn and grow in your own practice. I love how she keeps each session fresh and seems to intuitively know what all of the students are needing most from a particular class, including different types of stretching as well as calming breath work. You always leave feeling renewed both physically and mentally/emotionally regardless of how you felt when you arrived. Her inclusion of spiritual readings and prayers adds depth and inspiration to each and every class, which you will carry with you… I couldn't recommend her classes any more highly! -Hank Specht
