We recommend using the dedicated parking behind our building. However, if the lot is full, you may park next door on either side at Remax or Serenity Healthcare.

Yes, our building is handicap accessible. A ramp is available at the front entrance. You also have the option to schedule a virtual session if needed.

There is a welcoming common area at the front entrance where you can wait for your scheduled appointment. I will meet you there at your scheduled time. You may also wait in your car if you prefer. Yes. Telehealth is an option for art therapy and life coaching if you prefer not to meet in person or are too far away to travel. The cost of your session is the same regardless.

The first appointment (intake) runs about 1.5 hours long. Other sessions generally last about 45-55 minutes. However, there are options for intensive sessions that run 90-minutes to 3.5 hours.

This link will provide you with instructions on how to submit your payment information. This system automatically deducts payments at midnight after your scheduled session. You may also pay by cash or check before your in-person appointments.

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. While I do not submit a bill to your insurance company directly, a “superbill” is available to you in your online client portal. You can submit this superbill to your insurance provider for reimbursement for any out-of-network benefits your policy covers.

Notable benefits to you as a self-pay client include the freedom to personalize your treatment and not have a diagnosis attached to your medical record.

If you cannot attend a scheduled session for any reason, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the rate of the session. This policy includes all appointment types, including groups.
