Unfortunately, not at this time. However, we can schedule your appointments for online telehealth. The telehealth option requires a camera and audio. You will need no additional downloading or applications – only a web browser.

My office is a shared space, meaning that other professionals use that same space when I am not there. If meeting in person, be prepared to walk up and down a short flight of stairs to the entrance. There is a welcoming common area downstairs where you can wait for your scheduled appointment. I will meet you there at your scheduled time. If the door is locked, I will be there shortly to greet you

Yes. Telehealth is an option for art therapy and life coaching if you prefer not to meet in person or are too far away to travel. The cost of your session is the same regardless.

Let me know when you make your appointment, or you can choose the video session option in your online portal. You will need a camera, audio, and a web browser for all online sessions.

Sessions generally last about 55 minutes. However, we can discuss other options to suit your needs if preferred.

Item descriptioAfter your initial consultation and scheduling your first appointment, you will receive a link to an online client portal via email. This link will provide you with instructions on how to submit your payment information. This system automatically deducts payments at midnight after your scheduled session. You may also pay by cash or check before your in-person appointments.

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. While I do not submit a bill to your insurance company directly, a “superbill” is available to you in your online client portal. You can submit this superbill to your insurance provider for reimbursement for any out-of-network benefits your policy covers.

Notable benefits to you as a self-pay client include the freedom to personalize your treatment and not have a diagnosis attached to your medical record.

If you cannot attend a scheduled session for any reason, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, I will charge you the full rate of the session. This policy includes all appointment types, including groups.

I do understand life happens, so this policy applies to me as well: If for any unfortunate reason, I have to reschedule your session without giving you at least 24 hours’ notice, your next session is free.
